Left the Twin Cities punctually at 2:40 on Delta.
Picked up Nissan Altima at Budget, no problems.
Drove to Portland. Sort of confusing, overshot on 205 and came back on at city streets.
Easy check-in at Embassy Suites. Seems like nice hotel.
Manager's Reception in basement (or LL2). Free drinks and snacks.
Went to Jake's Famous Crawfish. Awesome crab legs, the biggest I've ever seen! Excellent pinot gris, too. I had six oysters on the half-shell followed by crab-stuffed salmon, very nice.
